I’d love to know who funds this stuff. Turns out that while you thought the insulin response was a reaction to carbohydrates, the real culprits are fat & protein.

I read the write-up and the study is valid. It does seem that BCAAs in an environment of excess caloric intake, along with high fat cause greater insulin resistance than an excess calorie diet without the BCAAs.
