I agree with everything he said, except that he should be eating 3 meals a day, no snacks. The fact that he limits his meals to 300 calories each is disturbing. How on earth do people arrange their lives around 6 small meals a day? The world isn’t built for it, your body isn’t built for it (it takes 5 hours for food to clear the digestive tract), and if you eat a proper meal you don’t need a snack.
Also, there’s nothing wrong with cheese, unless you spray it out of a can.
